We found this diet can help keep children and adults balanced reducing the hi’s and low’s they may experience during the day.

You’ll have to begin reading labels.  One block is 3g fat, 9g carbs and 7g protein. Most children are roughly 2 blocks  (depending on their size) and adults are roughly 3 blocks (depending on their size).

Drinking water instead of juices and sodas is a great way to lower carb intake, and use of a good whey protein is a great way to add protein to things like pancakes and other carb oriented meals.

Eat carbs high in fiber and low in starch and sugar. Whole grains and green leafy veggies are best.
Choose proteins that are low in saturated fats like beef, chicken, turkey an fish and fats that are high in
monounsaturated oils like olive oil, natural almond or peanut butter.
